🎨⚡ TWO EVENTS. ONE NIGHT. ⚡🎨Painting Party - Flat Night !organizer meeting! + Artist Hangout
Schedule: 🧠 17:00-18:30 - Organizer Meeting +
Are you interested in art, culture, event-making and co-creation?
Want to learn more about fundraising, democratic decision-making and creating cultural projects together?
Or do you simply want to meet new artists, culture creators and weird & wonderful people? 👀
Then come join us for an evening where we’ll shape the next Painting Party - Electronic Flat Night together, taking place in a big apartment in Vesterbro.
🧠 17:00-18:30 - Organizer Meeting
We’ll brainstorm and decide how the next Flat Night should unfold.
Using Painting Party - flat party as a template, Stefan will guide you in funding, democratic participation co-creation and eventmaking, so we can explore:
💸 Fundraising - How do you get support and funding for your project? You can use this knowledge for your own projects as well, no responsibilities unless decided upon.
🗳️ Democratic participation - How do we make decisions together?
🤝 Co-creation - How do we build cultural projects as a collective?
🎨 Event-making - What roles, ideas and madness can we bring into the night?
The idea is simple: sit down, brainstorm, share ideas and build the party together.
We already have three local DJs lined up, playing different genres of electronic music - but we’re still looking for one more DJ! 🎧
There are also plenty of other ways to get involved:
🎨 Painting
🎧 DJing
🍹 Bar
💡 Lights & sound
📸 Photography
📢 Communication
…or invent your own role?
Schedule
🍻 18:30–20:00 - Artist Hangout
After the planning, we’ll kick back, eat some snacks, have a beer and hang out with other artists and culture creators.
Whether you want hands-on experience with event planning and funding, want to become part of an art collective, or just want to hang out and meet some new people - you’re very welcome.
And if you like the vibe, you’re more than welcome to become a permanent part of Painting Party and help create future projects with us. ❤️
Come as your goofy self.
See you there! 🫶
