Sunset Heron – Acrylic Painting Evening 🎨Join us for a relaxed evening of painting a beautiful sunset waterside scene, complete with glowing golden skies, reflections on the water and a striking heron silhouette.

🎨 What we’ll be painting:
We’ll be creating this atmospheric sunset scene, building up warm shades of yellow, orange and red before adding reflections, grasses, birds and our heron silhouette.
We’ll guide you step-by-step through the whole painting, showing you simple techniques for blending a glowing sunset, creating reflections on the water and adding those bold finishing details.
It might look impressive, but we’ve designed the session to be completely achievable for beginners — so come along, switch off for a couple of hours and enjoy getting creative!
Do I need to know how to paint?
Not at all! We believe everyone is an artist, and we’re passionate about showing you that. Whether you’ve never picked up a paintbrush before or you’re looking to rediscover your creativity, we’d love to have you.
What’s included?
We provide everything you’ll need on the night, including:
Canvas
Paint
Palettes
Brushes
Aprons
At the end of the evening, you’ll take home your very own finished sunset painting, along with some new skills, techniques and hopefully the confidence to keep creating!
Are refreshments available?
Food and drink are available to purchase from Hartford Hall. We usually take a little break during the evening, giving you time to grab another drink or something tasty to nibble on.
