Paint Your Rest
This is more than painting—it’s a wellness experience.
Created by Zen & Zest Wellness Solutions, Paint Your Reset™ is an interactive creative wellness experience designed to give you permission to slow down, reconnect with yourself, have fun, and intentionally reset.
Unlike a traditional paint-and-sip where you start with a blank canvas and try to recreate an artist’s work, there’s no pressure to be an artist or paint perfectly. You’ll create on a beautiful pre-designed wooden art board using acrylic paint pens, allowing you to focus less on perfection and more on the experience.
Throughout the experience, you’ll explore color, creativity, connection, and intentional reflection. You’ll use our Color Palette Guide and color therapy glasses to explore the colors that speak to what you want to cultivate in your life, participate in guided reset activities and interactive games, enjoy relaxing violin/instrumental music, and connect with other women while creating your own unique piece.
Your finished board is more than something beautiful to take home. It becomes a personal reminder of what you chose to make more room for in your life.
