Emotions are energy in motion, and creative expression can give us a place to explore feelings that are difficult to put into words. In this guided outdoor experience, we'll use intention, color, movement, and art as tools for emotional transmutation: taking what we're carrying and giving it somewhere new to go.

Whether you're processing an old wound, something fresh, frustration, grief, desire, anger, or simply feeling creatively blocked, you don't need to be an artist. You just need to be willing to create.

We'll begin with a guided exercise to quiet the analytical mind, check in with what you're feeling, and tap into your intuition and creative flow.

Then we paint.

Choose colors intuitively. Make a mess. Add words, symbols, patterns, or whatever wants to come through. Your finished piece can become a reminder of what you're releasing, reclaiming, or inviting into your life.
