Cafe Marguerite invites you to come have fun creating art in community. No experience necessary. Cynthia Berger is an experienced painting teacher and artist who will guide you through the painting process. This class is designed as a restorative space—to slow down, notice deeply, and create in community with others. Participants have expressed that it offers a chance to step away from the stress of thinking about the week ahead and simply be present in the moment.
The goal of Paint and Sip is not to create a masterwork, but to engage in the process of painting: to let go of expectations, play with color, and enjoy the physical, sensory qualities of paint. It is an opportunity to slow down, experiment, and find pleasure in the act of making.
While painting, enjoy the delicious savory or sweet pastries, and sip on wine, beer or cocktails/mocktails that the cafe has to offer.
When is it offered? One Sunday of the month. 1:30 - 3:30 pm
