Rooted in creative mindfulness and inspired by art therapy principles, this experience offers creators, founders, and professional makers a space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover the joy of making without expectations.
This experience is all about creative mindfulness. It’s an opportunity for Creators and Founders to take a step back from the stress of running a brand and producing to sell. Inspired by art therapy principles and mindfulness practices, each session offers a unique chance to slow down, connect inward, and creatively activate presence. Forget perfection. Let go of the need to produce something marketable.
Designed for makers by makers, this is a semi-guided creative session where the focus is less on technical skills and more on the therapeutic power of art. We provide just enough guidance to keep you inspired, while leaving plenty of room for exploration, intuition, and self-expression.
All you need to bring is yourself. We'll provide the acrylic paints, supplies, and creative prompts to help you tap into your mindful energy and let your imagination lead the way.
Our vibes
No pressure. No expectations. No need to make something for anyone else. Come as you are, paint as you are! This is a non-competitive space, we welcome Creators and Founders of all experience levels, as well as mediums and industries. No expectations, just vibes as you paint and mingle. The goal is to leave with a piece of work and a piece of mind—feeling inspired and lighter. You might even leave with a new friend or two (but no pressure!).
No group reservations are allowed for this event series. This workshop is meant to hold space for Makers and Founders. Neither of those things?
