We’re back for another beautiful afternoon of art and connection this May at My Little Library after such a warm and successful response to our last workshop. Join us for a beginner-friendly Tezhip painting workshop, where we’ll explore the timeless tradition of Islamic illumination.
Tezhip is the art of decorating manuscripts and calligraphy with delicate floral motifs, flowing patterns, and rich colours, traditionally accented with gold. It is an art form rooted in patience, beauty, and harmony.
In this relaxing session you will:
🎨 Paint your own Tezhip-inspired artwork step by step
🖌️ Learn simple traditional techniques and motifs
🫖 Enjoy tea and sweets in a cosy setting
🤍 Connect with other ladies in a calm and welcoming space
No experience is needed, and all materials are provided. Just come as you are and enjoy a peaceful creative afternoon.
