About this Event
In this workshop, led by poet and author Joe Dunthorne, we will work together in small groups to make new collaborative works of poetry and fiction. The idea of this session is more about creating productive conflict than harmony: what happens when co-writers try to pull a story in opposite directions?
There’ll also be opportunities to share your work (but only if you want to).
This event is part of an ongoing series of workshops with Page of Wands, hosted at Lala Books, Camberwell. Previous workshop leaders include Ella Frears and Richard Scott.
Tuesday May 19th | 7:30pm - 9:30pm | Lala Books, Camberwell, SE5 8SY

- Page of Wands is a writers’ collective, running weekly workshops and events in south-east London. Writers of all words share poetry, stories and works in progress. We aim to create spaces where people feel comfortable playing with language, whether they write regularly, or are trying something new. We publish an annual anthology, as well as platforming collections published by writers from within the group. Recent projects include a poetry showcase at the National Poetry Library, as well as a collaboration with Speaking Volumes through their ACE funded, Breaking Ground Ireland programme.
