On Friday 25th September one of Glasgow’s most exciting rising talents Paddy Linton will be taking to the stage at Anderson’s for a comedy show that is part new material, part improvised, all hilarious. Known for his off-the-cuff comedy talents, Paddy always delivers a show where anything could happen.Paddy Linton is a stand-up comedian from Blackhill, Glasgow who mixes storytelling from his working class upbringing with observations about Glasgow’s leafier suburbs. His impressive stand-up skills have fast become highly in demand at some of the best comedy shows in the country. He is resident host at Craicfriars Comedy, Merchant City Comedy and Radio Ha Ha; he also co-runs the hugely popular quiz and gong shows at Blackfriars. In March 2025 he was chosen to open for Darren Connell at Glasgow’s legendary King’s Theatre. In August 2026 he brought his solo show ‘Paddy Issues’ to the Edinburgh Fringe with Gilded Balloon.
