About this Event
Established in 2013, PACT run regular drop-in sessions and walk and talks across Suffolk for parents and carers.
PACT parent monthly walk & talk in Beccles is a safe and supportive environment for local parents and carers to meet and find support around parental and children & young people's mental health, SEND issues and the journey of family neurodivergence.
A calm, supportive space
Find support, resources and signposting from others with lived experience of supporting the wellbeing and mental health of their family. The walk & talk offers a calm and cozy space for parents and carers to connect, followed by a lovely walk in the area to boost our seratonin (happiness hormone)!
Refreshments provided - toilets - accessible venue - children and young people always welcome
