What you’ll do:
Guidance on straw preparation, pasteurization, inoculating, and bagging.
Tips on long term fruiting care, ideal humidity, lighting, and harvesting.
Take home your very own inoculated straw log that will produce mushrooms right on your counter or porch!
All materials and tools are provided, just bring water, and work gloves if you’d like.
