About this Event
We are delighted to invite consultants in their first 3 years after CCT and ST Resident doctors in the last 18 months of their training to our third Oxleas StartWell Day on Wednesday 23rd September 2026!
StartWell is a full day (9.30am- 4.30pm) in person in Pinewood House (DA2 7WG) with inspiring talks from leaders and consultants within Oxleas and outside speakers about how to prepare for becoming a consultant and make the most out of your first few consultant years.
We aim to build on the talks from previous StartWell days and welcome back anyone who attended the previous StartWell days, as well as doctors who are new to StartWell.
The September StartWell day will broadly cover two themes:
1. Overcoming your fears as a new consultant
2. How to ace your Consultant Application
This will be an exciting and interactive day for anyone starting their consultant career in Oxleas, preparing for consultant applications/interviews or would like to learn more.
We welcome anyone interested in contributing to our growing and thriving community of newly qualified Oxleas consultants and consultants to be!
