About this Event
About this event
Change is constant, but our response to it is always a choice.
Whether you lead a business, school, nonprofit, team, or simply want to grow as a leader in your own life, the ability to navigate change with confidence has never been more important.
Join Dr. Eric Hudspith for an engaging and interactive evening built around the ideas from his book Own the Shift. Rather than focusing on theory, this session provides practical strategies you can immediately apply in your work, your leadership, and your everyday life.
Together we'll explore four leadership lessons that help us lead through change with greater confidence, resilience, and purpose:
• Growth comes before confidence
• Your team experience change through you
• Curiosity is a leadership advantage
• Resilience is built, not found
This is not simply a presentation. Throughout the evening you'll have opportunities to reflect, discuss ideas with others, and leave with practical tools you can begin using immediately.
