The presentation will explore how to identify appropriate grant opportunities; the essential information grant writers must understand about their agencies and programs; and how strong community and funder relationships can support grant success. It will also bust common myths about “free grant money,” explain the responsibilities that begin after an award is received, and help organizations determine whether they are ready for local, foundation, state, or federal grant opportunities.Meeting Details:

- No lollipops
- Sugar-free options are welcome
Please bring your candy donations with you to the October Coalition Meeting. Every contribution helps us make Halloween a little more special for the youth at the detention center.
