A Note for Accredited Investors. At the event, accredited investors may have the opportunity to learn about investment programs offered by our sponsors and partners simply because they are on the panel and are event sponsors who are their to help and give as well. These opportunities are completely separate from ticket purchases and sponsor levels, and accredited investor verification is required to participate. Not all panelists will share these types of opportunities or any invites at all.

This is a privilege to be in the room event and is carefully vetted and exclusive. The team at Overflow Gives Back reserves the right to refuse or revoke any invited guest for any reason - although this isn't expected to happen - and will also have the choice to refund any ticket purchase at Overflow's discretion but it is not required. No guests are entitled to a refund at any time as is our policy due to the charitable nature of this event and very limited seating.
