Perfectionism can affect your peace of mind, your enjoyment of life, and your self-esteem. With greater awareness, and applying cognitive tools, it is possible to manage perfectionism and have less stress, greater confidence and self-acceptance.

Rebecca Young is a Mental Health & Neurodiversity professional working with adults to overcome procrastination, get more done and increase revenue.
In this 1 hour workshop, we will look at:
- What Perfectionism is.
- The Cost of Perfectionism.
- How to Overcome Perfectionism.
She is currently working within the NHS and the Ministry of Justice.
