About this Event
Join us for a special Community Outreach & Mental Health Training, presented by CNLT’s Community Outreach Ministry along with the Training and Staff Development Department of Apalachee Center, Inc.
This informative and practical training is designed to help participants better understand mental health and become more confident in supporting individuals who may be experiencing mental health challenges.
Participants will gain valuable tools to help them:
• Recognize signs that someone may be experiencing a mental health challenge
• Communicate and respond in appropriate and supportive ways
• Provide meaningful support without overstepping boundaries
• Connect individuals with appropriate resources and assistance
EVERYONE IS INVITED!
You do not have to be a member of the Community Outreach Ministry to attend. Church members, ministry leaders, volunteers, and anyone who wants to be better equipped to serve and support others are encouraged to participate.
