Treat yourself to a full day of plein-air painting in a beautiful green setting in Zurich with artist Peter Stalder.
This workshop is open to all levels and is perfect both for beginners curious to try painting outdoors for the first time and for more experienced artists who would like to develop their skills further.
Surrounded by vegetation, architecture, lake views and mountains, you will have the opportunity to choose your own subject and learn how to transform observation into a finished painting. The day will begin with a short demonstration introducing the materials used for plein-air painting and how to prepare them, followed by clear step-by-step guidance.
Together, we will explore the essentials of outdoor painting: choosing a subject, building a composition, working with colour, creating depth, and capturing light and atmosphere.
Throughout the day, each participant will receive individual guidance and work at their own pace, with the goal of completing one painting in the morning and another in the afternoon.
