About this Event
Join us for an outdoor mat pilates class at Montgomery Village hosted by Club Pilates. This full-body workout helps to enhance core strength, flexibility and body awareness through controlled movements. Designed to be low-impact and accessible, this class is perfect for all fitness levels—whether you're just getting started or looking to deepen your practice.
Space is limited, please RSVP to reserve your spot, and please be sure to bring a mat.
This outdoor event will be held at The Courtyard, located between Salt & Straw (700 Village Court) and Monti's (714 Village Court). Please wear layers, sunscreen and don't forget your sunglasses and water bottle!
