Join me for a Saturday morning outdoor All Levels Vinyasa Flow at Edward Vincent Jr. Park (Centinela Park) in Inglewood! 🌿
Start your weekend by moving your body, connecting with your breath, and soaking up some fresh air with community. This class is open to all levels, with options offered throughout so you can make the practice your own, whether you’re brand new or looking for a little extra challenge.
