"Out of the Head, Into the Body: Exploring Somatic Healing" with Daisy Kasper
Have you ever experienced stress, fear, overwhelm, or trauma — and still feel its weight in your body long after?
We often try to heal by thinking our way through things, but our experiences are stored in the body and can shape how we feel and respond long after they’ve passed. In this experiential talk, we’ll explore the science behind somatic healing and put it into practice through simple techniques that bring awareness to your body and breath, and help you process and move through what you’ve been feeling — while exploring what safety and connection can feel like from the inside out.
About The Speaker
Daisy Kasper is an Authenticity & Life Coach and founder of The Purpose Project by Daisy, where she empowers women to live authentically, build a deeper relationship with themselves, and create lives they truly love.
Through workshops, circles, retreats, and 1:1 coaching, her approach combines life coaching with hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT tapping, and somatic embodiment practices to support women in feeling safe, confident, and empowered to be fully themselves!
