About this Event
Out of Office Newcastle at Dakota
Just talk. And maybe a drink.
Good company. No awkward networking.
Join us at Dakota Newcastle for the next Out of Office North East, a relaxed evening bringing together LGBTQ+ professionals, business owners and people from across the region.
Out of Office is a chance to finish work, get a drink and meet interesting people. No presentations, no formal networking exercises and definitely no awkward ice-breakers. Just good company and proper conversation.
You might be running your own business, building a career, leading an organisation or simply looking to meet more people. Everyone is welcome, whatever your age or stage of working life.
Coming on your own? Plenty of people do. We make a point of introducing guests and helping conversations get started. You won't be left standing on your own wondering who to talk to.
How the tickets work
Tickets are £10, and every penny from ticket sales goes behind the bar for guests on the night.
We start with a shared Out of Office bar tab. Once that's gone, the venue continues as a normal pay bar.
Tickets must be booked in advance.
About Out of Office
Out of Office was created to offer something different from conventional business networking: good venues, useful introductions and proper conversation.
It's an opportunity to make new connections, catch up with familiar faces and enjoy an evening with people you might not otherwise meet.
You don't need to know anyone before you arrive, and you certainly don't need to bring someone with you.
Out of Office North East is organised by PR agency Reeves, sponsored by Stay Ouseburn, with Pride Radio as our media partner. Plus a spectacular new sponsor soon to be announced.
Come along, meet someone new and see where the conversation goes.
