Enoch Pratt Free Library is thrilled to partner with Our Time Kitchen to bring you a series of hands-on culinary workshops. Our Time supports minority women, and marginalized genders, who want to build food businesses by lowering systemic barriers and creating access to resources in a supportive environment.
Each month, a featured chef from Our Time Kitchen will share their food journey and a favorite dish they love to cook. You will have the opportunity to see first hand the step-by-step process they take in making one of their favorite recipes, and there will be opportunities to help prepare and taste the final dish. October will feature Chefs Kellie and Ronnie of Ms. Elderberry Co.
