Join Ren each month for a chance to share (if you choose), relax, and feel supported in a community that celebrates you. Enjoy a warm cuppa & some cake in a grounding space designed to help you settle and reconnect. No expectations, just a space where you can truly be you- with others who understand, support, and respect you.
Ren is a facilitator of soft, slow, and somatic spaces that honour the body and mind. Their work invites people out of performance and into presence - through rest, breath, meditation, movement, and ritual.
With a deep respect for the nervous system and the subtleties of sensation, Ren guides practices that centre on you finding the pathways to your own sense of safety, softness, and the quiet magic of coming home to yourself. No aesthetic to maintain. No outcome to chase. Just space to feel, unravel, and reweave.
For anyone who's spent a lifetime organising, fixing, and planning - know that you don’t need permission to rest and that Ren offers you practices to do just that.
