Our Codependency Anonymous (CODA) meeting is every Wednesday night at 6 PM, at Walton Empowers.This is a confidential, supportive space for individuals working to understand and overcome patterns of codependency. If you struggle with people-pleasing, boundaries, or losing yourself in relationships, you are not alone. Together, we share experience, strength, and hope as we grow toward healthier relationships—with ourselves and others.💙
