O mnie:
🎶 Muzyka od zawsze była moją największą pasją.
Ukończyłam szkołę Wokalno-Aktorską Wokal Art w Krakowie, a śpiew i gra na instrumentach towarzyszyły mi przez wiele lat.
Z czasem zaczęłam odkrywać głębszy wymiar dźwięku – jego wibracje, częstotliwości i to, jak wpływają na nasze ciało i emocje.
Wierzę, że wszystko wokół jest muzyką – szum drzew, wiatr, deszcz, bicie serca. Każdy z nas jest jak instrument, a ciało to orkiestra, którą można stroić.
Dziś zajmuję się właśnie takim „strojeniem” ciała poprzez dźwięk.
Podczas sesji i koncertów korzystam głównie z mis kryształowych i kamertonów, a także z gongu wiatrowego, dzwonków Koshi/Zaphir, bębna obręczowego oraz ocean drum.
Ukończyłam kurs terapii dźwiękiem i wibracją kamertonów wg dr Barbary Romanowskiej, stale poszerzam wiedzę z zakresu terapii dźwiękiem, a w pracy kieruję się także intuicją, która prowadzi mnie w tworzeniu przestrzeni pełnej bezpieczeństwa i ukojenia.
🌟 Moim celem jest tworzenie miejsc, w których ciało i umysł mogą się zrelaksować, odzyskać harmonię i wewnętrzny spokój – a dźwięk staje się przewodnikiem tej podróży.

I invite you to a unique relaxation concert that is more than just music – it's a healing bath in the vibrations of crystal bowls and gentle, intuitive singing.
It's a journey into the space of sound and vibration that helps:
- release tension from the body,
- quiet the mind,
- induce a state of deep relaxation and meditation,
- create a doorway to insight and connection with your inner self,
- deeply relax,
- reduce tension in the body
Crystal bowls are tuned to 432 Hz – the natural frequency of the Earth. Their vibrations reach deep into the bones, spine, organs, and every cell – supporting the nervous, immune, and circulatory systems, relieving tension and pain, and harmonizing the flow of energy in the body.
I will also guide you through a meditation using a wind gong, and at the end, I will soothe you with koshi/zaphir bells and an instrument that will take you to the shores of the roaring ocean (Ocean Drum).

About me:
Music has always been my greatest passion.
I graduated from the Vocal and Acting School at Wokal Art in Krakow, and singing and playing instruments have accompanied me for many years.
Over time, I began to discover the deeper dimension of sound – its vibrations, frequencies, and how they affect our bodies and emotions.
I believe that everything around me is music – the rustle of trees, the wind, the rain, the beating of our hearts. Each of us is like an instrument, and the body is an orchestra that can be tuned.
Today, I focus on this very "tuning" of the body through sound. During my sessions and concerts, I primarily use crystal bowls and tuning forks, as well as a wind chime, Koshi/Zaphir bells, a frame drum, and an ocean drum.
I completed a course in sound and vibration therapy with tuning forks led by Dr. Barbara Romanowska, and I am constantly expanding my knowledge of sound therapy. In my work, I am also guided by my intuition, which guides me in creating a space of safety and solace.
My goal is to create places where the body and mind can relax, regain harmony and inner peace—with sound becoming the guide on this journey
