Ottawa Sunday Book Club is the perfect event for book-loving women to come together and discuss their favorite reads in a relaxed setting. Whether you're a bookworm or just looking to meet new friends, this is the place to be. All ages welcome!
This is an outdoors event, please dress according to the weather! Don't forget to bring a chair or blanket and your favourite drink.
Parking Details: There are multiple parking lots for this park. We are at Holly Acres and Carling. When you enter the parking lot, keep right. We have a sign where we are. I also send out a message with my number closer to the date so you can contact me if you are having trouble finding us.
About the Book: The bookexplores grief, identity, and the complex love between a mother and daughter, centering on the loss of Zauner's Korean mother to terminal cancer.
