ADMISSION INFORMATION
- Tickets are non-refundable and valid only for your selected shopping time slot.
- A valid ticket is required for admission on Thursday.
- Friday admission is free.
- Children under 16 receive free entry when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
IMPORTANT: BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
To create a more enjoyable shopping experience, we limit the number of tickets available for each shopping time slot.
Please note that lineups are possible, particularly during the first morning time slot, which is typically our busiest and sells out the fastest.
Although we carefully manage ticket quantities to help minimize wait times, guests attending the first morning time slot should be prepared for a potential wait of approximately one hour before entering.
