SAVE THE DATE! Your Otis Spunkmeyer orders will be in, so make sure you remember to come pick them up, please! We don't have space to keep many orders, so they must be picked up, as they are frozen. You may pick your orders up between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.We also need volunteers when the truck arrives to sort the orders out to get them ready for pick up. The more volunteers we have, the smoother this process goes. This is usually our biggest fundraiser of the year. You can sign up to volunteer here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080B48AFAD2DAAFE3-64952789-otis
Please review the available slot(s) on the sign-up and click to volunteer at the times you can help. Our biggest needs are when the order is delivered to get it off the truck and sort it by student, and then during car rider pick-up time from 3:30-4:30 PM. If all slots are filled, we will still utilize you!! Please just show up or email us directly at [email protected]. There is no limit to the number of volunteers. The more we have, the quicker we can get it done. Teenagers can also help, so if you have a teenager who needs volunteer hours, we can sign off on those if they come help!
Thank you!
