Welcome to the ultimate cosy couple of hours. Restorative yoga is floor based, and uses lots of comfy props to help you find what feels truly comfortable so you can completely rest with a minimal amount of stretch (if at all), and is ideal for chronic related pain, and various injuries, followed by a crystal sound bath using singing bowls and drums delivered by Kelly Jane Holistics and Yoga.
Please note, in regards to the soung bath you'll be asked a few health questions before booking on.
