🌸 Ostara Sound Bath - A Ritual of Balance, Renewal & Gentle Becoming
Join us for a seasonal sound bath inspired by Ostara, the Spring Equinox, the moment in the year where light and dark stand as equals, and new life begins to rise.
This is an evening of gentle emergence.
Not rushing forward.
Not forcing change.
Simply allowing what is ready to grow to begin unfolding.
Through gong, crystal singing bowls and guided meditation, we create a deeply restful sound journey designed to regulate the nervous system, soften emotional tension and reconnect you with your own inner rhythm.
The session includes a ceremonial water anointing ritual using blessed, flower-infused water. Participants are invited to anoint themselves while holding a quiet intention, something they are ready to nurture, welcome or become as the season turns.
Following the sound bath, herbal tea will be served to support grounding and integration. Optional journaling prompts are provided for reflection.
No experience with meditation or sound healing is needed.
This space is held gently, accessibly and without pressure.
Come as you are.
Leave feeling balanced, supported and softly connected to what is emerging within you.
There will be a table with crystals and spiritual supplies of you wish to make a purchase, cards or cash are accepted. No pressure.
Yoga mats and blankets are supplied, please bring a pillow/cushion and water or anything else for your comfort.
