Aim: To build trainee dental nurses' confidence and technique before their practical exam (OSCE) through realistic station practice.
Learning objectives. By the end, you will be able to:
- Set up trays for common procedures accurately and within time.
- Identify common dental instruments and materials and explain their use.
- Describe the response to a medical emergency in the right order.
- Use a simple routine to manage nerves and time on exam day.
Who it's for: Trainee dental nurses sitting the June National Diploma OSCE. 24 places.

- 10:30: Exam day, what to expect
- 10:45: Timed mock stations with feedback (4 rotations)
- 12:30: Top 10 OSCE mistakes, and Q&A
- 12:50: Certificate and Hire-ready badge
What to bring: Your uniform, a pen and your list of the topics you're least confident on.
Tutor: a qualified dental nurse tutor, to be announced.
