Ambassador Oran'kan believes in actions that solve identified problems.
A clear demonstration of this altruistic leadership personality is evident in the pictures of the structures of his newly facilitated Orphanage home located at Oke-Medina, Boroboro area, Atiba local government in the ancient Oyo town.
The multi-million naira edifice is for no other purpose than another laudable humanitarian service! With state-of-the-art facilities, the Orphanage home will provide lasting solutions to the challenges facing the less privileged and vulnerable children.
The home will serve as a safe shelter, providing protection, adequate and nutritious feeding and dignified clothing for the beneficiaries selected based on one common criterion: being an orphan, irrespective of their religious or familial background.
As in the other similar Orphanage homes previously facilitated and maintained by Ambassador Shakirullah Jimoh Ora'nkan, the new Boroboro home will house hundreds of orphans, provide them free and quality education, instill values in them to become useful to the society and also empower them with vocational skills to make them self reliant economically.
They will also receive monthly upkeep, more than enough to cater for their needs and their mothers and other dependants in their respective families.
This lofty initiative will undoubtedly raise useful citizens (worthy future leaders), eradicate poverty, reduce crime rate to the barest minimum and foster the spirit of love and kindness.
The project will also provide direct and indirect employment opportunities for the host community, with multiplier effects on the local economy.
