Let’s ring in the season with a festive holiday ‘swag’ for your door or a wall! Door swags are a cascading playful alternative to the traditional holiday wreath. It’s form and function at it’s finest.
We’re binding together evergreen boughs with ribbon, bells and and whimsy! Feel free to bring in a special ornament to incorporate or choose from dried citrus, pine cones and other embellishments.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Lily Stockdale of Tiny Mansion Flowers is a florist, artist and DC native working out of her cottage garden in Riverdale, MD. She has spent 20 years in the hospitality industry with most of her free time spent making functional art. She studied herbalism, organic farming and botany around the country while living the vanlife before settling back down in the DMV.
Making wreaths is the synthesis of her many passions– “creating something that feels welcoming and meaningful with plants is pure magic.”
