👋 Meet your neighbours!
Four years after Fiona, we're getting neighbours together to reconnect, have some fun, and think a little about what makes our neighbourhood stronger when the unexpected happens. Because one thing Fiona taught us: knowing your neighbours matters. If you live in the surrounding neighbourhoods of Orlebar Park, this gathering is for you!
Emergency Kit Giveaways: Drop your name in a hat to win some useful prizes and native plants from MacPhail Woods Ecological Forestry Project.
“Survivor” Games: Survivors ready? Come try a selection of fun challenges. Hosted by Fraser McCallum of Survivor PEI, this sampling of puzzles and mini games are for all ages and will test your problem-solving, focus, and balance!
Art Activity: Create your own cyanotype with Sarah Dart.
Music: Nico Romero Dada and Adam Hill bring instrumental jazz grooves, weaving guitar and bass into soulful, rhythmic music that sets the vibe for an afternoon of good company and good times.
Food: Pizza and snacks!
