Savage Craft Brewery is turning the lights red. Join us Thursday, October 1 for the Orin Swift Red Light Party, a guided wine tasting hosted by a representative flying in from Orin Swift, and the launch night of our new wine series.
Orin Swift is known for bold California wines and some of the most talked-about labels in the business. Over two hours, you'll taste four of them, each paired with a bite from our kitchen, and hear the stories behind the bottles: a label shot from a pile of discarded mannequins, a family heritage hidden in two red rings, a Merlot named for bathroom-wall wisdom, and a winemaker's return after eight years away from the grape that made him famous.

- Mannequin Chardonnay with mac and cheese bites and spicy chicken and waffle bites
- Bloodlines Cabernet Sauvignon with our charcuterie board
- Advice From John Merlot with meatball bites
- 8 Years in the Desert Red Blend with Italian sausage, pepper, and onion sliders
Your ticket includes
A guided tasting of four Orin Swift wines, charcuterie and heavy hors d'oeuvres served with each pour, a printed tasting guide to take notes and take home, and the stories behind every label from the winery itself.
