This December, the historic Regent Street Cinema opens its doors to a new generation of storytellers.

Join us in the heart of London for ORIGINS, an afternoon of original short film premieres, red carpet photography and conversations with the filmmakers and cast.

Set within one of London's most beautiful historic cinemas, Origins brings together five original films, an extraordinary group of young creatives and an audience ready to experience their work on the big screen.

Each film will be preceded by an onstage conversation with its filmmakers and cast, offering audiences a glimpse into the stories, creative decisions and people behind the production before the lights go down and the film begins.

From the red carpet to the closing credits, experience the excitement of five original film premieres in the beautiful surroundings of London's historic Regent Street Cinema.

Regent Street Cinema was the setting for the first public presentation of moving pictures in the UK by the Lumière brothers in 1896.

More than 130 years later, this historic cinema provides the perfect setting for ORIGINS, our first premiere screening event. Bringing a new generation of filmmakers and their stories to the big screen.
