Original Understudies Presents: The Hero for Hire show.
Three legendarily loony champions compete to be named the “Protector of the Promenade.” In this Santa Monica, justice is measured by a hero’s ability to reform the wicked through mandatory theatrical improv! You are the jury: vote for Santa Monica’s next big superhero after watching their captured Henchmen perform "rehabilitative" comedy scenes. It’s zany costumes, sketch, and improv—all in the name of comedic justice.
