Ordinary Empaths
Hello, I am Namrata, a 29 year old resident of London. I moved to London in 2021 from India. I personally have a deep rooted imposter syndrome, and it funnily stems every time I've had a win at work, or am pushing my boundary to try something different. On one evening, it got me thinking that I would love to hear from other women on how they navigate their inner demons.
Ordinary Empaths is a get-together of 5-6 women every month at my home, who want real conversations- not the polished stuff, but the honest kind. Each time we meet, we start with one meaningful question and give each other the space to answer honestly. No pressure, no fixing-just listening, sharing, and being real.
It’s a space to feel seen, heard, and reminded that you’re not the only one figuring things out, or feeling like you're not good enough (even if you're kicking ass). We’re not here to impress anyone-we’re just here to show up as we are, support each other, and grow a little braver each time.
