Lecturer: Dr. Alexander Reiter, Dipl Tzt., DVM, Dipl. AVDC, Dipl. EVDCThis four-day course provides a solid foundation in oral and maxillofacial oncology and trauma surgery for veterinarians with previous training in veterinary dentistry.
Combining lectures with extensive hands-on training, the course focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of common oral tumors and traumatic injuries in dogs and cats. Participants will develop practical skills in surgical techniques and clinical decision-making for managing these challenging cases.
During the course, you will work with:
• Diagnosis and treatment of common oral tumors
• Tumor resection and soft tissue reconstruction
• Management of traumatic dental and maxillofacial injuries
• Jaw fracture repair techniques
• Surgical treatment of soft tissue injuries

Veterinarians
Previous knowledge:
Dentistry I and Dentistry II, or comparable knowledge.
