Mark your calendars and be part of something meaningful at the 3rd Annual Options for Her Life 5K Walk—a day when we come together to support women, uplift families, and help save the lives of babies.
On Saturday, October 10 at 8:30 AM, we’ll gather at Veterans Park in Hamilton Township, New Jersey, stepping forward together in support of the women and babies we serve each day. This year’s theme, Stand Up. Show Up. Save Lives., is a call to action—an invitation to make a real, life-saving impact through compassion, presence, and community.
Every step in this 5K Walk helps provide critical services such as free pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, and ongoing support resources—care that empowers women to choose life and gives babies a chance to be born.
More than just a 5K Walk, this event is a powerful way to stand for life and see your impact firsthand. Attendees will also have the opportunity to tour one of our mobile medical units, where life-affirming services are provided directly to women in our community every day.
Whether you complete the full route or simply come out to show your support, your presence helps make a difference in saving lives.
Enjoy a morning filled with connection and fun, including:
The 5K Walk through Veterans Park
Activities for kids and families
Local food trucks
Tours of our mobile medical unit
