About this Event
Join us for a tour of Hidden Creek Community Center, a vibrant public facility designed to support recreation, wellness, and connection in Hillsboro. Explore how thoughtful design, sustainability, and community priorities come together to create a welcoming place for people of all ages.
During the tour, attendees will learn about the project’s sustainability strategies, including its use of mass timber and energy-efficiency measures that helped the project qualify for Energy Trust of Oregon’s Path to Net Zero incentives. Hear insights from the design team and City of Hillsboro Parks & Recreation and Public Works staff, and see firsthand how the facility supports both environmental performance and community well-being.
Meet outside the facility by the art piece, under cover.
