Operation Connection: Strengthening Family Bonds Workshop

Join us for a welcoming and interactive family workshop designed to support growth, connection, and understanding at home for military families. This workshop will explore key aspects of typical child development, share practical ways to strengthen family communication, and introduce tools for co-regulation and emotional support. Families will also learn how to create meaningful routines and rituals that foster stability and connection. Workshops designed for families with children ages 6-14.

Activities will include:

• Workshops for the entire family
• Lunch and snacks
• Hands-on activities and play time
