Some works belong to the theatre. Don Giovanni belongs to us. Comedy and tragedy, wit and terror, the human and the supernatural are all stretched to their expressive limits. Mozart and Da Ponte create a work that reaches beyond genre in the search for what it means to be, simply, human. Don Giovanni speaks to every generation because it never stops revealing who we are—and it never will.Sung in Italian with English supertitles
