This Home Buyer Education course will provide the tools & information to help you make wise financial decisions to prepare for your purchaseAbout this Event
This in person Home Buyer Education HUD & USDA approved course will take place at USU Extension's Wheeler Farm building. The class will begin at 9:30 AM and will end at 2:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch break at noon. Attendance for the full duration is required to receive a certificate. If class is cancelled due to few registrants, money will be refunded.

- Assessing your readiness financially and emotionally to purchase a home
- Determining how much house you can afford
- Assembling a team of professionals to assist you in the purchase process

- Selling your home
- Resolutions for Mortgage Delinquency
This class may help you qualify for:
