Opening the Door to Home Ownership (In Person)

This in person Home Buyer Education HUD & USDA approved course will take place at Promise South Salt Lake's building 2530 South 500 East
South Salt Lake City, UT 84115. The class will begin at 9:30 AM and will end at 2:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch break at noon. Attendance for the full duration is required to receive a certificate. If class is cancelled due to few registrants, money will be refunded.

• Selling your home
• Resolutions for Mortgage Delinquency

• Down payment and closing cost assistance
• Using gifted funds at closing
