Headlining the night is the world-renowned Drum Cafe, an extraordinary performance group famous for turning entire arenas into massive, unified percussion ensembles. To bring the experience to life, the first 2,000 attendees through the doors will receive a free Boomwhacker—a colorful, tuned percussion tube—allowing thousands of fans, families, and athletes to play along in real time. Guided by Drum Cafe’s master performers, the arena will transform into a roaring, high-energy symphony of rhythm, unity, and pure celebration.
Witness History: DonnaJean Wilde’s 5-Hour World Record Attempt
The excitement doesn't stop with music. In an awe-inspiring display of physical strength and mental toughness, viral athletic sensation DonnaJean Wilde will take the floor live to push human endurance to its absolute limits. Known worldwide for her staggering physical feats, DonnaJean will attempt to shatter the Guinness World Record by holding a continuous plank for 5 full hours. Spectators will have the rare privilege of witnessing this historic challenge unfold right before their eyes throughout the evening.

Watch as competitors from around the globe march into the arena representing their nations and sports during the Parade of Athletes, with athlete lineup starting at 6:30 PM on the south side of Burns Arena. The evening is further heightened by the breathtaking Flag Extravaganza, a stunning visual honoring every country participating in the Games.
