🏊♂️ Meet Ben Lavigne – Open Water Swim Skills | Sunday 22 November, 9am - Scorching BayAt TriWellington, we’re lucky to work with some fantastic coaches, and Ben Lavigne is one of them. Ben offers swim squad sessions in both Tawa and Freyberg, helping athletes develop their swimming.
He’s also kindly giving his time to run a special Open Water Swim Skills session for TriWellington athletes on Sunday 22 November at 9am. It’s a great opportunity to build confidence, sharpen your skills and become a stronger, safer open water swimmer.
