What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) means “universal life energy.” It’s a Japanese healing technique where practitioners place their hands lightly on or above the body to channel soothing energy. It feels like a warm, meditative embrace — deeply calming and nourishing to the nervous system.
🧘♀️ Whether you come to give or receive, you’ll be part of a compassionate community dedicated to healing and presence. All are welcome.
