💰 Pay: $17/hr + performance-based bonuses | Full-time | On-site
No industry experience required. We provide hands-on training, coaching, and a clear path to grow:
Marketing Specialist ➡️ Account Manager Assistant ➡️ Junior Account Manager ➡️ Account Manager
What you’ll do:
• Make 40–60 outbound business calls daily to existing and inactive customers
• Reconnect with customers and identify their purchasing needs
• Qualify sales opportunities and keep records updated in our CRM
• Work alongside experienced Account Managers
We’re looking for people who are:
• Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Strong communicators who are comfortable on the phone
• Coachable and eager to grow
• Familiar with basic Microsoft Office
