Camp Hill Borough will hold an Open House informational meeting October 14, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at 2145 Walnut Street, Camp Hill. The purpose of the meeting is to provide information about an upcoming sidewalk project on Lenox Street. The public is invited to attend.The Borough will hold an Open House meeting to share information about a sidewalk construction project. The Borough is presenting this optional public meeting to talk with residents about the project currently in design.
The Borough has received a state grant to help fund this project, which will connect the existing sidewalk on N. 19th Street to the existing sidewalk along 349 N 21st St. at the Harrisburg Bridge Club. This connection will improve safety and walkability, especially for students traveling to and from Eisenhower Elementary School.
All are invited to attend to learn more about the project design, the impact on individual properties, and the construction timeline. During the Open House, the Borough engineer from HRG will present an introduction to the project. Attendees will then be able to move around the room to look at presentation boards showing more project details.
Borough Council’s Public Works Committee discusses the Lenox Street Sidewalk Project at each of their meetings on the third Thursday of each month at 8:00 a.m. You can learn more about the project by attending any of those public meetings or reading the minutes which are available on our website at camphillborough.com.
